Meet Kaitlyn Heibel

Facility Maintenance

I grew up helping my dad on a farm with a variety of animals, and this is where I developed a love for working with dogs. My first employment experience with dogs was as a supervisor of daycare and boarding at a dog day spa business. I spent some time at a vet clinic as a kennel attendant and then worked for a year and a half as a positive reinforcement dog trainer for Petco. I was employed at WHS for a year, initially as customer service and later as an animal care tech. I enjoy being involved in any work related to the care and well-being of dogs. Today, I support dogs by managing the weekly facility maintenance at Fido Physio. It is a significant behind-the-scenes role that I am happy to fill because I care about the condition of this facility and the services it provides to the dogs in our community.
